Guizhou Finder Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd. 2022 New Year Gathering

On January 14, 2022, the 2022 Spring Festival gathering of Guizhou Finder Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd., themed "Building on Past Achievements and Moving Forward with Innovation," kicked off at the Huerun International Hotel in Guiyang.

Mr. He Yongyin, General Manager of the company, took to the stage first to deliver a speech, reviewing the company’s development in 2021 and outlining the outlook for 2022. Mr. He pointed out that in 2022, Finder Pharmaceutical should adopt a spirited and proactive attitude, forge ahead with determination, break through the status quo based on the achievements of 2021, build up momentum for future growth, and further raise work standards. “Firmly committed to our goals, we will surely fulfill our mission,” he said, setting forth the 2022 business targets: doubling sales volume, doubling production scale, and doubling the overall employee happiness index! We will remain steadfast in our belief: If people do not fail the green mountains, the green mountains will surely not fail us!

At this gathering, Finder Pharmaceutical also recognized on-site the “Outstanding Employees,” “Outstanding Teams,” “Outstanding Newcomers,” and “Senior Employees” who distinguished themselves in 2021.

In his speech, Mr. Guo Ping, Chairman of the company, stated: "All that has passed is merely a prologue. Every member of Finder Pharmaceutical should embrace a sense of responsibility and mission, driving forward each step of our company's development. The journey ahead is long and arduous—only through relentless effort can we succeed. In our future development, the company needs to strengthen talent pipeline development, optimize product portfolio design, and accelerate the enhancement of Finder Pharmaceutical's overall competitiveness. We must build a stronger enterprise that contributes positively to society, ensures the well-being of our employees, and delivers superior products that serve our customers. We must approach our work with reverence and gratitude, paying tribute to every colleague at Finder Pharmaceutical."

At this year’s group celebration, PanDe employees spontaneously created and performed a variety of colorful talent shows, putting on an outstanding PanDe Spring Festival Gala for the occasion. The sign language dance “A Heart Full of Gratitude,” performed by the General Administration team, not only expressed gratitude toward parents and friends but also extended deep appreciation to the company and colleagues—earning it first place.

The “Yingshanhong” square dance performed by the Production Department embodied the fiery youth of those years and won second place.

The chorus of “Tomorrow Will Be Better,” performed by all members of the Quality Department, expressed PanDe employees’ hopeful expectations for a brighter tomorrow for PanDe; they placed third.

As the "Spring Festival Gala" unfolded, an exciting lottery draw kept driving the entire gathering to ever-higher peaks of excitement. In six rounds of on-site draws, each grand prize carried with it New Year’s blessings and good fortune—ultimately finding their way into the hands of lucky colleagues.

The entire Spring Festival gathering came to a successful close in an atmosphere of harmony, warmth, passion, and joy, showcasing the united, upward-looking, and proactive spirit of the PanDe team.
