On October 27, 2022, Bu Lan, Secretary of the Baiyun District Party Committee, visited Finder Pharmaceutical to inspect the implementation of resuming production, work, and business activities as well as epidemic prevention and control measures. Zhang Yu, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Baiyun Economic Development Zone, and Director of the Management Committee, along with Zhou Liang, Vice Mayor of the district government, also attended the visit.
Secretary Bu Lan and her delegation visited the company’s factory premises, listened carefully to the report on the company’s business operations presented by General Manager He Yongyin, and engaged in in-depth discussions with the company’s leaders. They delivered a live briefing on the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, gained a detailed understanding of the company’s resumption of work and production, and urged the company to firmly uphold the bottom line of epidemic prevention and control while steadily advancing its resumption efforts. She emphasized that it is essential to coordinate and effectively carry out tasks such as verifying returning workers, controlling entry and exit, and implementing isolation and observation measures. Regular cleaning and disinfection should be conducted in areas including production workshops, employee dormitories, and cafeterias. Strict adherence to measures such as temperature monitoring and mask-wearing is also crucial. All efforts must be made to accelerate the resumption of work and production, providing strong support for smoothly achieving the annual economic and social development goals and tasks. Relevant departments directly under the district government should provide full-service support, further improve the supporting infrastructure within the industrial park, precisely match enterprises’ needs, and do everything possible to help businesses overcome difficulties. They should proactively assist enterprises in addressing issues related to labor recruitment, water supply, electricity usage, and raw material procurement, ensuring that all policies and measures benefiting businesses are effectively implemented.
