Job Responsibilities of a Business Manager
1. Be fully responsible for all matters related to the company’s business management, standardize business processes, and ensure the company’s interests.
2. Review the terms of commercial contracts and organize the drafting of cooperation agreements;
3. Responsible for customer management and the development and maintenance of key accounts;
4. Responsible for building sales channels and promoting commercial channels;
5. Assist sales personnel in various regions to ensure product availability and meet market demand.
6. Responsible for establishing regional business channels and completing commercial channel distribution tasks.
Job Requirements for Business Manager
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a pharmaceutical-related major;
2. Possess more than three years of business experience in the pharmaceutical industry; experience in investment promotion is a plus.
3. Possesses strong market judgment and customer development capabilities;
4. Able to independently propose business operation management systems and proficient in business negotiations;
5. Able to adapt to frequent business trips.
Salary: 4,000–4,500 yuan plus commission.
