From August 11, 2022, to August 12, 2022, Guizhou Finder Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd. held a team-building event themed "The First 'Finder Cup' Knowledge Competition of Guizhou Finder Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd." and "Pool Party for the Finder Family."
From August 11 to August 12, 2022, Guizhou Finder Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd. held a team-building event themed "The First 'Finder Cup' Knowledge Competition of Guizhou Finder Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd." and "Pool Party for the Finder Family." This event played a positive role in enhancing team cohesion and strengthening communication and exchange among team members, laying a solid foundation for Guizhou Finder Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.'s pursuit of development goals.
On August 11, all employees departed from the company and headed to Duofangge Hot Spring Resort Hotel. The hot spring resort hotel in early autumn has a unique charm.
At 3:00 p.m., the first "Guizhou Finder Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd. 1st 'Finder Cup' Knowledge Competition" and team games were held at the infinity pool. The event was divided into six teams, each with nine members. First came the team presentations, during which each team showcased its "vitality, energy, and spirit."
The quiz competition featured a “mandatory-question round” and a “risk-question round.” Amidst the intense competition, team-building games such as “Tower of Heaven” and “Air Cannon” were interspersed throughout. During this team-building event, everyone enjoyed themselves immensely, laughter filled the air, and teamwork and mutual support were evident everywhere. All teams participated enthusiastically and earned their respective rankings: first place went to the “Superstars Team”; second place to the “Race-to-the-Top Team”; and third place to the “Definitely Team.” The winning teams received surprise red envelopes, and even the team that came in last received a team reward—a portion of “Dark Cuisine” for each member. After the competition ended, everyone expressed that the company’s activities had greatly enriched their daily lives.
After the quiz competition, everyone rushed into the pool and started a pool party!
At noon on August 12, all employees returned to the company, bringing the entire event to a close. The successful implementation of this activity reflects the company's humanistic philosophy of caring for its employees, strengthens solidarity and communication among staff, and fosters positive energy and optimism. Moving forward, we will continue to forge ahead with determination and unite our efforts to further deepen and develop Finder Pharmaceutical, and once again achieve remarkable success!
